‘It’s a mask that I put on,’ the Made In Chelsea star, who found fame at the tender age of 20, divulged to MailOnline. ‘The thing with confidence is that it can be masked really well.
‘I’m so jolly all of the time and I’m really an extrovert but deep down you can be hiding a few insecurities. So sometimes I shout loudest to cover it up.
‘I cry all the time about it (my spots). Some days I have a little cry and I tell myself to pull myself together. Some people have it a lot worse than I do.’

It has a high success rate of treating acne but it can cause different side effects in certain people.
The side effects can range from dry skin, dry throat, nose bleeds and can make you extremely sensitive to the sun.
Serious and more rare side effects include pancreatitis, kidney failure, depression and there has been links to suicide.
Anyone who is pregnant, has impaired liver function or already suffers from a mental illness cannot take the drug.
The reality star has previously discussed how online trolls have targeted her over her skin and referred to her as ‘pizza face’.
There is no getting away from the fact Toff is a beautiful lady but the bubbly star discussed how she struggles with her confidence when she isn’t wearing make-up.
She explained: ‘When I don’t have my foundation on, I’m a very different person. I notice even when I’m with my friends and family, if I don’t have my make-up on I can be quite irritable.
‘I don’t feel confident in myself but when I do have make-up on, I feel confident.’
To tackle her insecurities, the golden-haired beauty has just embarked on her third round of the acne treatment Roaccutane.
